Who should use this registry?

Registration must be completed by Lafayette College faculty and staff who are planning to travel/attend conferences/work/conduct research abroad as part of Lafayette College business. Students and students groups involved in non-credit bearing travel should contact studyabroad@lafayette.edu for the appropriate travel registration link.

Travelers who participate in interim programs, faculty-led semester-long programs, and Lafayette affiliated programs DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER via this link, as they will be registered automatically by the Office of International and Off-campus Education.

Insurance Coverage
By registering through this link, travelers will be covered by a Global Assistance Program, a comprehensive emergency medical and security insurance administered by On Call International. On Call will offer a dedicated phone line and online resources (e.g., a customized information portal, travel notifications and advisories, etc.) to assist travelers before, during, and after their travels in the event of an emergency.
On Call’s travel resources, a program summary and a list of insurance provisions and inclusions/exclusions, as well as the numbers to call in the event of an emergency, etc. can be found at the following secure website.

Fees for spouse/dependent travel (provided their travel has been pre-approved by the College) will be billed directly to the faculty/staff responsible for them with instructions on how to submit payment.
