An unaccompanied group flight is arranged and covered by your program fee. Here are the group flight details:

If for some reason you would like to request to opt out of the group flight, please let Rochelle Keesler know by September 15 and she will review your request. Here is some important information:
 

• The group flight is only available as a round-trip flight. You may not opt out of one leg or the other. If you opt out, you must opt out of the entire group flight. But you can use this information to book your own round trip on the same flight as the group.
• If you request to opt out of the group flight, and your request is approved, you will receive a credit on your student account after the program is billed in December for the cost of your flight up to the cost of the group flight (i.e. if your flight costs more, you will be responsible for the difference).  
• Students who opt out of the group flight are responsible for arranging their own transportation upon arrival and departure from the program.
